The delegates to ICOMB affirmed President Rudi Plett (Paraguay, German); Vice President Yoshifumi Tanaka (Japan); Secretary Heinrich Klassen (BTG Germany); Treasurer Ed Boschman (USA). They continue their terms to keep a stable leadership core, while almost half of the ICOMB conferences sent leaders who were newly appointed this past year.
